@User:Possibly, According to WP:ANYBIO, point 2, an individual is considered notable if "The person has made a widely recognized contribution that is part of the enduring historical record in a specific field." Annette Hasbrook was a flight director at NASA Johnson Space Center. Such a distinction is a "widely recognized contribution."
