stadium name[edit]

@Steven a91: What are you talking about? There are no sources saying the name has been dropped in the article. Also I go round there to play golf regularly, the name is still present there. Govvy (talk) 08:33, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Govvy: Allianz announces they would drop Stadium naming rights and sponsorship of Saracens at the end of the current season. The season end today https://www.bbc.com/sport/amp/rugby-union/51495200, https://www.allianz.co.uk/news-and-insight/news/allianz-and-saracens.html — Preceding unsigned comment added by Steven a91 (talkcontribs) 09:37, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Steven a91: Nope, the season finishes end of this month or 24th and the sponsorship is per season contract with ends on 28 October so it's still in effect. Govvy (talk) 08:43, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) That states the intent but doesn't mean the date they drop the sponsorship will be the last day of the season. There will be contractual issues. Besides the season is not over yet, with the postponed Sale match and the playoffs to play, in addition to today's matches. Either way we should await a source saying the sponsorship is officially over. —  Jts1882 | talk  08:50, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Govvy:, :@Jts1882: I take on board your points about 24 October however Saracens will not play another home game after today so the stadium will not be in use as Allianz Park again.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Steven a91 (talkcontribs) 09:56, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Well I feel it should be reinstated until the final confirmation is written like JTS said. The sources say end of the season, those should be put in the article. As it's not end of the season yet... Govvy (talk) 09:04, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Lead[edit]

I am not sure who adjusted the lead, but please do not make it primary to the Rugby club, it's a multi-use venue. Govvy (talk) 01:23, 28 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
