Serb ???[edit]

"Serb bloodlines" ??? This is odd. Evidence would be needed before this otherwise needless information is included. Hey, the football fact are common knowledge!Mundster 18:26, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

O'Billovich Name[edit]

I realise this may seem trivial to some, but "O'Billovich" has to be one of the most unique names ever, since in English or anglicised language the prefix"O'" (with apostrophe) is - historically and culturally speaking - the exclusive reserve of the the Irish.

Is there some sort of "Ellis Island" permuation, or story behind this seeming anomaly? (I see that "O'Billovich" is listed under Serb names in Wikipedia)

Perhaps a brief aside in parentheses, if appropriate, within the article? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.165.174.70 (talk) 07:35, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

http://www.textserver.com/textserver/demonstrations/jurist/search/search1.asp?maxrows=20&id=2359&toid=2378 says his name was originally Obilovic, which seems more likely than any other explanation, although the name Obilovic is apparently quite rare even in Serbia.Soap 11:22, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
