This man, subject of a good detailed Wikipedia biography, should be deleted from the list of Notable Burials. According to both the article and the CWGC, which it cites, he was actually buried in France near his death place in the western front sector of WWI. In 1918 repatriations of the dead were not allowed from overseas. There may, however, be a case for keeping his name mentioned in the article if he is commemorated (as usually happened) on a family gravestone. Can someone find this out before I presume to remove it totally?Cloptonson (talk) 19:15, 21 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
