Confusion on which Chris Thompson it is.[edit]

I'm honestly confused on which Chris Thompson the 49ers signed to their practice squad. The 49ers official website says the WR, while every single news source I have seen says the RB. I have it as the WR right now, but can someone confirm this for me?
