Undue weight[edit]

I believe that the section regarding "Accusations_regarding_employment_conditions" is disproportionately long in violation of WP:UNDUE. While the subject clearly does need to be covered, as it has been reported in reliable sources, the length and manner of presentation makes the article quite unbalanced for the reader. I believe it can and should be reduced to a few sentences. Wikipedia:Criticism#Approaches_to_presenting_criticism is worthy of review here, as is the central guidance that "In most cases separate sections devoted to criticism, controversies, or the like should be avoided in an article because these sections call undue attention to negative viewpoints. I've reduced the length of the section slightly, though it may still need some work. I also cleaned it up where the phrasing was a bit weird. MereTechnicality (talk) 14:30, 25 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Websterwebfoot (talk) 15:03, 6 September 2019 (UTC)There is a lot of "weird phrasing" in this article. It could use more references and reads like it was written by a disgruntled employee, not an unbiased observer.[reply]

Omission of Orlowski from the lead[edit]

Is there a particular reason why Greg Orlowski is omitted as a co-founder in the article intro? Will Shu's own page calls him a co-founder, not a sole one, so it stands to reason that Orlowski should be mentioned in the lead. ASpacemanFalls (talk) 23:10, 26 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
