  • External links good, no DABs.
  • Images appropriately licensed.
  • Major Albert J. Myer, the first U.S. Army Signal Officer probably better rephrased as the first officer assigned to the Signal Corps or somesuch.
  • It's not clear what is meant by chief of ordnance. Can you elucidate?
