To Whom it May Concern: Please do not place into articles sentences which will become outdated. In particular a phrase such as "At the time of writing" is really bad form. I found it in the text of the article when it was eight years old, and there is no easy way to determine what the date of writing is. Instead do this, "In mid-2007 Tilfen Land received permission to build on around 33% of the remaining marshes, and at its northern end, London's huge waste incinerator had planning permission to be built." Notice that this will never become outdated. It will always be the case that both fact remain correct. Nick Beeson (talk) 19:41, 23 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
