Everything covered in this is covered in the other article. So the other article could be deleted unless someone wants to nit-pick. I'm too new to just blank the page myself, however.--Dana60Cummins (talk) 21:36, 29 September 2009 (UTC)

3rd Generation poorly written, I have no idea where to start

Not a truck guy, I just stumbled across this really, but the 3rd Generation (2011) Super Duty portion of this article is mixed in with the Second Generation, and after the Second Generation line, things are fairly confusing.

Re-write!Scryer_360 (talk) 16:57, 21 October 2009 (UTC)

I have redone everything up until the 2nd Gens. I know it's alot of info randomly thrown together, that's the way the 1st gen parts were. But to re-write everything properly, it'll take some time, whether I get to it, or someone else.--Dana60Cummins (talk) 22:54, 21 October 2009 (UTC)

Pretty cool. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.69.219.3 (talk) 04:35, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

i have no idea how to ad a new section so im just gonna piggy back on this guys post who ever said that the 2011 is a third gen is wrong its the same chasis and body with a new motor so its nothing more than a "mid life refresh" of the model as the 250-450 all have the same chasiss but different leaf springs and shocks

¿All new?

This phrase (repeated six times) doesn't seem to belong into an encyclopedia... Wikiak (talk) 07:52, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

Ford Western

The Ford Super Duty was also built in Asia in a small range. I don't know if it was complete manufactured or if it was CKD assembled. The first Generation was built ifrom Ford Vietnam in its Hai Duong plant from 04/2002 to 04/2007. Currently the model name is still used in some countries for the new generation. But which company is assembling it? Does anybody have more information about that? --TheAutoJunkie (talk) 12:27, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

Not Introduced in 1998!

I'm sitting right here with my 1992 factory service manual. It makes repeated reference to the F-Super-Duty, which is a modified F250. In addition, I have a super duty axle installed on my 1992. The model has been around since before 1998! It was formerly a model of F-250, but the 2011 is ALSO called an F-250. To leave out the earlier super duties is a total failure. This is covered in Ford F-Series. This section is about the Super Duty trucks that differed from the F- Series. --Dana60Cummins (talk) 23:31, 27 December 2010 (UTC)

Rather than revert-war, please take some time to discuss the issues that precipitated the tagging. Dabomb87 (talk) 20:11, 27 December 2010 (UTC)

Length Update

I updated the length to fit the Chassis Cab models since the Dodge Ram page also adds the Chassis Cabs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by FeralLynX (talkcontribs) 01:05, 9 March 2011 (UTC)
