Question[edit]

Does anybody know if the Sir Richard Grosvenor who laid the foundation stone was Sir Richard Grosvenor, 4th Baronet? He was around at the right time, but came from Chester. I suppose there's nothing to have stopped him owning land in Westminster though. Conrad Leviston (talk) 05:19, 7 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
