I believe this article should not be deleted because I am still editing it, adding sources and links, as well as including wiki-formatting. Also, this article will link to Israel Byrd's brother's wikipedia page on Isaac Byrd.

I am a new wikipedian and would like as much constructive input as possible on how to make this page better.
