The ODNB article used as a reference doesn't qualify it, so I don't see any reason why it would only apply to England. The early date, appearing to precede any radio broadcasting in West Africa, lends credence to the ODNB's claim. Warofdreams talk 12:33, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
