There should probably be mention of Terry Baker's 99-yard TD run in the 1962 Liberty Bowl-- it is the longest play from scrimmage in NCAA history, and is not physically possible to be broken, only tied, so it is a pretty important historical feat that occurred at this bowl game.128.193.163.234 (talk) 21:39, 26 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No mention of Bear Bryant???[edit]

Remember Paul "Bear" Bryant, Alabama's legendary football coach? He coached his last game at the 1982 Liberty Bowl. At the time he was the most winning coach in the history of college football. If I remember correctly, one of the streets near the stadium was renamed in his honor. Shouldn't he get some kind of mention in this article?67.45.112.143 (talk) 16:09, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
