Add Carles Puigdemont into list[edit]
He (Carles Puigdemont) has made Catalonia region de facto seceded from Spain yesterday and he needs to be added to list. Chad The Goatman (talk) (contribs) 19:36, October 28 2017 (UTC)
DPR and LNR[edit]
So the DPR and LNR where "annexed" by Russia and no longer continue to be independent states. So should we remove their leaders from this list? or should we keep them as their "states" within Russia are also not recognized? Scu ba (talk) 20:55, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
