Fair use rationale for Image:MechwarriorSNES boxart.jpg[edit]

Image:MechwarriorSNES boxart.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Salvidrim!, if you have a chance can you please take a look at this one? Based on the story sections, it does appear to be a distinct game from MechWarrior (1989 video game).
