The edit this user made [1] is called drive-by tagging, it doesn't improve articles but actually disrupts them or makes them look bad, also no evidence was given for the tag. There is no recent evidence of COI and no editor with a close connection. I agree that we should tag articles that are in a bad way but just chucking around COI tags without any evidence and leaving it on the article for 6 months is not good editing.
