Chile and Namibia[edit]

There is not a clear reference about the participation of this nations in Miss Universe 11. Chile don't have any date of pageant, and Namibia only take part of Miss World, in none part says that will be in Miss Universe. Miss Sudan 2010/2011 Pageant will be held on September 4, 2010 at Washington Pavillion, Anyeth Aluong represent of Miss Dinka was crowned Miss Sudan 2010/2011 pageant. On January Aluong was dethroned and Remember Kennedy took over Miss Sudan 2010/2011. I think you misunderstood your source about Portugal. Although it states that Marina Rodrigues will not be representing Portugal, it did NOT say anything to confirm your assertion that Portugal will not be taking part in the contest. On Miss Universe 2011 wikipedia page english version is unavailable (WRONG UPDATE): British Virgin Islands, Denmark, Kazakhstan, Haiti, Norway, Romania, Zambia will not compete at MU this year. Please correction the page, because everyone in the world is always seeing wikipedia on english version. (Give a link if some countries would be withdraw).

On Miss Universe 2011 wikipedia page spanish version is available (TRUE UPDATE).

"I dont think so, because especially on Miss BVI, Pretty Danish, Miss Kazakhstan and Miss Romania websites they wrote if they will held their national pageant for Miss Universe 2011, and British Virgin Islands and Kazakhstan are confirmed they will participate at MU 2011, and they representatives have been selected".

I read and saw several of the contestants, and my family was happy to see that Gabby Walcott Miss Trinidad and Tobago Universe 2011 was such an accomplished and polished contestant. Her background in acting and her communication skilss far surpassed the other miss universe contestants. We had visited her country and found the people to be warm and friendly. We want to wish her the best and know from her videos/photos and polished skills , she would probably take the crown. Did not know she was Miss World 2008. Historical Significance (Angola)[edit]

In the historical significance section, for Angola, it says Leila placed top 5. Now that she's won, shouldn't it be changed to reflect that? Is this the first time that ALL participating lusophone (Portuguese-speaking) countries made the semi-finals, and in a lusophone venue? Portugal, Brazil and Angola all made the Top 10 in Sao Paulo.
