Mount Savage Castle[edit]
Just ran across the Mount Savage Castle in Allegany County; any idea if it might be part of the Mount Savage Historic District? Nyttend (talk) 04:10, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for asking. Unfortunately, I cannot tell definitively from comparing the address of Mount Savage Castle to the boundary map for Mount Savage Historic District whether or not it is included. Unfortunately the NRHP application isn't online and the MHT description isn't detailed enough. - My wife and I actually stayed there maybe 20 years ago. As I recall, it's up the hill from the center of town and probably isn't in the HD, but I'll do a little Google Earthing and see what I can discern. Acroterion (talk) 11:57, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
