I totally agree. 'Is popular with families' applies to poorer parts of London too, it can only be justified in rural retirement-focussed e.g. coastal areas with no real amenities for younger people or to extremely poor estates nearer the Inner Cities of the United Kingdom where no family would want to live. I have removed that in favour of with a mention of generally low-rise, low-density, greater floor space accommodation which is what is is describing not family-popular!
