Fair use rationale for Image:Otahuhubadge.gif[edit]

Image:Otahuhubadge.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

O.R.R.L.F.C.[edit]

The logo in the article has O.R.R.L.FC. Can we check whether this stands for Otahuhu Region Rugby League Football Club and include it?--Jeff79 (talk) 07:56, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Funny, I never had wondered what it stood for before. Had a look at their website and its Otahuhu Rovers RLFC - will try and add this to the article. Cheers Mattlore (talk) 08:58, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have restored the content of the page, which you had blanked. I am unsure about the status of the logos, so I have removed them until someone with a better understanding of copyright policy can decide whether they can be used in the article. If you believe that there are errors in the article, you should specify them here, so that they can be corrected. Maproom (talk) 08:02, 14 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright concerns[edit]

There could be some copyright issues, as some content seems to be copied straight from http://www.otahuhuroversrugbyleague.co.nz/. Mattlore (talk) 08:20, 14 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Does the number of players (49) for the New Zealand national team include both men's and women's players? Is there a source for this?Rtande (talk) 05:28, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
