Untitled[edit]

Does his name have a lowercase "v"? See nl:Paul van Zeeland, and the Belgian government's website [1], etc. Ardric47 03:11, 13 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

And so it does. If the first name is mentioned, the word "van" is always written in lower case letters. Feel free to move it. C mon 08:29, 13 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Paul Van Zeeland was First Minister with the Help of the communists vote. (He never criticized the communism even after the war.) He made Degrelle imprizoned in France to reinforce his fail postion in the government. But the German insisted to make Degrelle (the leader of Rex) free although the rexist diary wrote in its first page the day of the German invasion "stand up against the enemy (the Germans)". So the one who made Degrelle an allied for Nazis is the Belgian Government at that time). Paul Van Zeeland was also known to become the director of the National Bank of Belgium (which means an higher wage than First Minister). But he didn't get the function so he took the difference wage directly in the Belgian budget.
