Controversy[edit]

Who has spoken about controversy for the microphone and battery?

Just because it's a potential hazard and privacy issue doesn't mean it can be declared a controversy without a source or showing someone who's claimed it to be controversial. 115.42.16.25 (talk) 07:03, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Niantic?[edit]

Should this really be considered a Niantic product? It is not listed on Niantic's product page and Niantic is not credited on the official Pokémon Sleep product page. I also pored through the in-game credits and don't see Niantic credited at all.

The credited developer is SELECT BUTTON inc., who developed Pokémon: Magikarp Jump, with The Pokémon Company as publisher.

The cited source is one line of an article - "Niantic, the developers of Pokémon Go, is also assisting," but I'm quite skeptical. If this is true, apparently they are not "assisting" enough to get credited by either company. Yubimusubi (talk) 18:01, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
