Comment[edit]

Robert Altman never founded the company C.S. Weaver did. He got cheated from his job. In 1985 the company Bethesda Softworks was created, the parent of Zenimax who later took over. Altman was in a lawsuit when this company was started. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.140.116.93 (talk) 01:06, 8 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bethesda Softworks was founded by Christopher Weaver and was later made a subsidiary of another one of Weaver's initiatives, Media Technology Limited. Altman and other investors came along and swallowed Bethesda when creating ZeniMax Media. Weaver failed to reach a contract agreement with ZeniMax in 2001 after the terms presented to him reflected ZeniMax and Altman's view of Weaver's lackluster performance. Lawsuits were filed and are still lingering over wrongful termination and Weaver's dubious personal investigation of the matter. 74.93.247.245 (talk) 21:11, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Pictures[edit]

Can someone add the Picture of Clifford and Altman to the Career section of the article? It would improve the article greatly. Like this one here [1]? IceWelder Timur9008 (talk) 18:36, 16 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Timur9008, I cannot find a freely licensed image for that specific scenario. Although both persons are deceased, copyright in the United States lasts the photographer's life + 70 years, we cannot just take any photo floating around the web. Apart from that, we could just add the image of Clifford alone and add an appropriate description regarding his influence on Altman. IceWelder [] 17:29, 16 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
