Russell's residence is mentioned in last Saturday's The Sun's Fabulous supplement as Highbury, London. How old is he?[edit]

Kane himself has stated "my age is going down each year", and there are articles that give his age as 33 in 2009 (birth years of 1976-1977) and 30 in 2014 (birth years of 1984-1985). IMDB gives 1979. This article gives 1980. Is this just Age fabrication? The Guardian even states in one article from 2011 "Now 31 – though some press cuttings suggest he's 36" and also gives his Birthname as Russell Grineau (Which he then changed to 'Lord' Russell Grineau - under which he won an advertising award in 2004"). Given the media sources for his birth name being Grineau, plus the Find My Past birth record for Russell David A. Grineau, and the additional numerous references to his mother being Juliet (or 'Julie'), in connection with which the 1978 marriage of Juliet E. Jacobs and David S. Grineau (in the article's second reference he claims his parents are 'Julie and Dave'), it can be safely concluded that Russell Kane is in fact Russell Grineau; the only problem is that despite this evidence it would be 'original research' to include it, so we'll have to stick it here and hope anyone interested happens across the talk page! At any rate, it would be nice to be able to correct the assertion that he is the son of 'David and Julie KANE', which is patently obviously false... Ashiyura (talk) 14:33, 21 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Last name of parents[edit]

His parents' surname is given as Kane rather than Grineau, which is patently absurd. I came to this page whilst watching his appearance on Richard Herring's Leicester Square Podcast – wherein he confirmed his father's name as Grineau – so it should definitely be fixed. First wife[edit]

The article says Kane married "comedian Sadie Hasler" in 2010, having known her through school and university; the article cited neither mentions the details of their association- save their divorce- and doesn't mention her name; an internet search shows a Sadie Hasler, apparently a "multi award-winning columnist, playwright, and actor", but no comedian. Second wife[edit]

The personal life section states that Russell Kane married as his second wife somebody called Lindsey Cole. No source is given. But assuming that this information is correct why is the second entry under spouse(s) in the mini bio Lindsey Kane and not Lindsey Cole. There is not Wikipedia entry under either name, but where does the assumption come from that his second wife changed her name to his stage name surname?
