Tax paying individual going to be homeless.[edit]

My best friend for over 10 years is living in a HMO. For the last 6-7 months the other occupant s have been imitating, abusing verbally and physically towards her. CAB , police housing council have been notified about the ongoing violence and intimidation but nothing has been done. She has paid her taxes for a number of years. Yet the council will not help her. But the government is paying 5.5 million pounds a day for refugees and asylum seekers who have never contributed to paying tax???!!
