Rename Page to "Santa María del Mar District (Peru)"[edit]

Is there a reason this page is called Santa María del Mar (Peru) instead of María del Mar District(Peru)? Almost all the other Lima district pages on wikipedia follow the "Name" + "District" format, so I'm moving it for now
