'Mr. Henry is not involved in the day-to-day operations of the park,' Siebert said, adding that Schlitterbahn will open for the season April 28, as planned. ... According to Guadalupe County records, Henry was arrested for a similar charge 13 years ago after police found less than two ounces of marijuana in his residence.

I removed the strikethrough. Nominator should be free to voice opinion and make it clear. Some nominations may be simply procedural in nature such as an admin or experienced editor helping a new Wiki user complete a task (and the nominator may choose to remain neutral), or the nominator may change their mind through the course of discussion and then they can strike out their own comment when they see fit. To add[edit]

Why not mention in the article that the park's owners lobbied the state of Kansas to lighten regulations of parks, and that in Kansas (unlike many other states) such rides are self-inspected rather than being inspected by state officials? It seems relevant in light of the recent death, which was probably preventable. 66.61.82.12 (talk) 05:21, 14 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
