Contradiction in the Background section

"They nearly won their second national title in 1982 and were the only undefeated team in the nation. However, a tie against long-time rival TCU in the last game of the season denied them a shot at the title."

According to their own page on the 1982 season, it was Arkansas that they tied. So, which is it?Ciderbarrel (talk) 04:48, 21 August 2009 (UTC)

Possibly false statement

"SMU was the second-smallest school in the Southwest Conference (only Rice was smaller) and one of the smallest in Division I-A, with a total enrollment of just over 9,000 students." TCU, also a member of the SWC, to this day does not have 9,000 students and is still smaller than SMU. Did TCU shrink its student body significantly at some point in the 90s, or was SMU bigger than its crosstown rival, as well as Rice? —Preceding unsigned comment added by JadailyTCU (talk • contribs) 00:40, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
