Not enough info[edit]

There's not enough info on the band here. They are a much loved group with a strong back catalogue. I think this page is due for a major overhaul. Anyone interested in a collaborative effort?

Reference[edit]

For some reason the one reference in the article isn't showing up under the relevant heading. I've checked the HTML tag and all seems fine by my eyes. I'd appreciate it if someone could have a look to see what I'm clearly missing. - Dudesleeper 14:44, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I agree - I copied a few (working) references from another article, also copying the References call at the bottom - and nothing. Might be an idea to delete the References section (and actual reference), and save it - then add it again. Weird. Fedgin 15:16, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It seems to have fixed itself. Must have been a wikiglitch. - Dudesleeper 11:28, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nationality flag[edit]

Not trying to be pedantic, but to me it's unnecessary. Besides, the infobox page linked to says "the flag is optional". - Dudesleeper 12:46, 24 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

When i added the new infobox, i put the flag in, so it was there from the beginning. Then you removed it, but obviously other people want it there. Personally, i couldn't care less. But my point is; if the majority of pages have the flag, and its optional, then why do you care so much to keep removing it just because you personally think its unnecessary? Ezenden 19:41, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I just find it too eye-catching (since there's no other image in that part of the infobox). I've said before that the word England is right there; the flag seems superfluous.
I wouldn't say the majority of pages use them.
Who are the other people that want it there? I've only seen the same anonymous editor putting it back in. You wouldn't know who that is, would you? ;) - Dudesleeper 20:35, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Take a look at 10 random bands with the updated infobox and i guarantee most will have a flag. As for the anon editor, theres been at least 3 different IPs, though that could easily be the same person. But no, i don't know who it is and its certainly not myself like you're suggesting. I'm not so petty to keep changing something so superficial, let alone make the effort to log out or use another PC to do it anonymously. I changed it once and gave my reasons why, you changed it back, i gave up. Get a grip. Ezenden 20:51, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationales[edit]

All the album images on this article do not specify a fair use rationale justifying their use here. They may be removed or deleted unless a rationale is added. When adding the rationale, please take particular care to justify the use of such a large portion of copyrighted materials (in terms of the number of separate album covers being added) and remember that they are all also on one or more other pages. I've removed the covers from the article. - Dudesleeper Talk 14:28, 28 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
