custom-built?[edit]

How can the theatre claim to be "a custom-built studio theatre"? It's clearly the upstairs room of a Victorian pub. "Custom-converted", perhaps, but surely not "custom-built". GrindtXX (talk) 11:21, 8 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
