The club is very successful at both junior and senior level. The J15 Quad won the 2008 National Junior Championships and qualified for the Fawley Cup at Henley. The senior squad holds the record for the fours head of the river course as well as being the current champions. 5 members of Tideway Scullers qualified for A-finals at the 2008 Bejing Summer Olympics including the three-time single scull world champion Mahe Drysdale, and the 2006 World Cup winner Alan Campbell.
