Anarchy?![edit]

A Unique System of Anarchy? Come on! Is it truly unique and not replicated anywhere in the country? If the entire system revolves around moderating the color of clothes is it really worthy of the title of an system. It seems similar to every forth of July when people gather on hills to watch fireworks. If a serious issue arose the police would not be called? If so, it is hardly anarchy. Perhaps some citation would convince me.

Cannon Shoots?[edit]

To my observation the cannon does not actually shoot projectiles. The "small pieces of cardboard" evidently shattered bits of masking tape that is used to strap the sound charge onto the muzzle of the cannon.
