A shrimp and corn chowder
- ... that chowder (example pictured) as it is known today originated as a shipboard dish, and was thickened with the use of hardtack?

Confirmed that it's a 5x expansion (1,828 to 11,187 characters). All images are good, and the tag is interesting for such a common dish (plus it's sourced).
