I live in Saint Paul, MN and tend to write on topics related to Minnesota history and culture. I'm also a librarian who currently works with a small library technology company.

List of mayors of Minneapolis – Maybe my favorite project thus far: I created about 16 of these articles on historic mayors of Minneapolis and made substantial additions to another 10.
Arthur and Edith Lee House and Lena O. Smith – An interesting chapter in Minneapolis history I never knew about until I started digging.
Samuel Rinnah Van Sant – Part of a binge of articles on 19th/early 20th century Minnesota politicians for the 2015 stub contest.
Louis F. Menage – a real estate baron in early Minneapolis history who got mixed up with this crazy thing called a mortgage backed security.
Bent Paddle Brewing Company, Dangerous Man Brewing Company, Fulton Beer and Indeed Brewing Company are some fine examples of Minnesota craft beer.
Beer in Iceland – Prompted by a friend's visit to Iceland, the strange saga of how beer was banned in Iceland for most of the 20th century.
Jucy Lucy – Minneapolis's contribution to world cuisine.
Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness - The most beautiful part of a beautiful state.
