Perhaps it is a question of competence rather than vandalism, but the edit in question did not just restore a sentence about whether DST makes sunlight. You duplicated nearly the entire contents of the article, presumably using cut and paste. Given your track record, and after reviewing the other edits you've made tonight (nearly all of which I reverted as unnecessary or simply factually incorrect), I'd suggest you stop now.
