2012 Tour

Good good. I think I'll have a go at getting the main one to FA. Will take a while though, with a peer review first. BaldBoris 19:04, 25 October 2015 (UTC)

Not sure I'm going to be doing that. Three is just about enough for me. Pre-internet Tours take a lot more research. I still think you should consider nominating some of your 2012/13 races. Definitely 2012 Tour of Britain. BaldBoris 19:32, 26 October 2015 (UTC)

2015–16 Top 14 season

Hi mate, I have seen that you are updating the page of the Top 14 (2015-16 Season), the article has a gross error, since literally says: "It trialled a new system in 2007–08 explicitly designed to prevent a losing team from earning more than one bonus point in a match"..."1 bonus point for winning while scoring at least 3 more tries than the opponent"...Maybe it's weird to happen, but nothing in the Top 14 rules prevents that the loser can win the 3 tries bonus:

3) Principes de classement, de qualification et d’opposition

Article 330

3.2. Points "terrain" et points de bonus :

b) Des points de bonus sont attribués en phase régulière du Championnat de France de 1ère et 2ème division selon les principes suivants : - 1 point de bonus pour une équipe ayant marqué au moins 3 essais de plus que son adversaire lors d’une même rencontre

In english: 1 bonus point for a team having scored at least three more tries than his opponent at the same match.

http://www.lnr.fr/sites/default/files/statuts_et_reglements_lnr_2015-2016_def.pdf

Nowhere it specifies that the loser can not win 2 bonus points in a match, and the same for the word "winning", which is not mentioned anywhere in the rules of the LNR. The rules say a team having, not winning. It's weird but can happen. CheersHernánRFC (talk) 20:02, 4 February 2016 (UTC)

This is why the WP:RU project is dead, we are not evolving at all since 2006.. Whenever we come up with new ideas, one idiot will always shoot it down....Most real contributors have left because of it, now we are left with basically no one that gives a crap....7's rugby is now an olympic sport and heck, we don't even have a "real" rugby player infobox, we are still using a fucking soccer infobox...i'm glad I left this shitty project years ago..you should too..why do i even bother trying new things..--Stemoc 21:43, 30 May 2016 (UTC)

Your recent cycling template history-merge requests

  • In your recent wave of cycling-related template history-merge requests (see Special:Contributions/Cs-wolves) :
    • In every case so far where you asked for Template:A to be history-merged into Template:B, Template:B had no edits except redirects, and I had to make a plain page-move.
    • Putting a "please-merge" line into a template results in Category:Candidates for history merging also including every page that transcludes that template, although those pages do not need history-merging, swamping genuine needs to history-merge other (non-cycling-related) pages, and I must wait a long time for Wikipedia to clear its buffers. Please when will you have finished wanting templates to be history-merged? (If you answer here, please insert {{ping|Anthony Appleyard}} in your answer.) Dates

Hi, a question regarding this edit. Why remove startdate template? Qed237 (talk) 23:10, 20 September 2016 (UTC)

Hi, at Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge we're striving to bring about 10,000 article improvements and creations for the UK and Ireland and inspire others to create more content. In order to achieve this we need diversity of content, in all parts of the UK and Ireland on all topics. Eventually a regional contest will be held for all parts of the British Isles, like they were for Wales and the Wedt Country. We currently have just over 1900 articles and need contributors! If you think you'd be interested in collaborating on this and helping reach the target quicker, please sign up and begin listing your entries there as soon as possible! Thanks.♦ --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 13:40, 28 September 2016 (UTC)
