"Trophies" crediting[edit]

Hey, Drizzy010. It appears that you reverted my edits despite my summary, so I'll try and prove my point to you: both the single release as well as the track-listing credits themselves for Young Money: Rise of an Empire credit the song, officially, as "Young Money featuring Drake", and not "Drake and Young Money" or just "Drake", so this technically makes Drake a featured artist and thus the song should appear in the "As featured artist" table. If you have any further queries on this, don't hesitate to ask me anything else. Have a nice day! I Am RufusConversation is a beautiful thing. 18:54, 12 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It's a fair point regarding "Every Girl" and "BedRock", but the difference then was that all of the Young Money artists were credited together under the artist title "Young Money" on all of the songs on We Are Young Money (with non-Young Money artists such as Lloyd and Birdman given individual credits), whereas on Rise of an Empire, for whatever reason, they are all given individual credits. So both albums should, in my opinion, be treated differently. That's what I think, anyway. I hope that clears everything up... I Am RufusConversation is a beautiful thing. 20:03, 12 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Believe Me.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Believe Me.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ///EuroCarGT 23:48, 29 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:ILoveMakonnen (EP cover).jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:ILoveMakonnen (EP cover).jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. A tag has been placed on File:Detroit Vs. Everybody.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F10 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a file that is not an image, sound file or video clip (e.g. a Word document or PDF file) that has no encyclopedic use.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Non-free rationale for File:DrakeChargedUpCover.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:DrakeChargedUpCover.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. License tagging for File:DJKhaledMajorKeyCover.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:DJKhaledMajorKeyCover.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

Because you evaded your block using 47.16.180.153 (talk · contribs), and perhaps others I'm not aware of. I'm pretty sure you know what you did. You edited exactly the same pages on that IP address as you did here, never providing edit summaries, with the same pattern of behaviour. If that were another editor (who, by the way, coincidentally started editing after you were blocked on this account), I'd be very, very surprised. You never acknowledged the addition of unsourced content that got you blocked in the first place, and carried on doing it using that IP address, and even earlier today at PartyNextDoor discography here. Some of your edits are half-heartedly sourced, some aren't at all. Don't continue editing Wikipedia anonymously just to update Drake information when you're blocked on an account, and then you won't get blocked in the first place. Request reason:

it's been over a year since this main account has been inactive. I would like to edit pages again, this time the right way, please.

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 14:00, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I take full responsibility for why I was blocked. I don't want to ever edit pages the wrong way. I want to do it the right way.

Decline reason:

Ummm... No. You were socking as recently as July (see user:Dalzon9596 and I recall blocking one of your IP socks back in late January. You need to stop your socking and block evasion and stay off the project completely for one full year. After that, if there has been no socking, you can come back and request a WP:STANDARD OFFER and we will talk about it. There will be no unblocking until those conditions are met. If you do this again, you will lose access to this talk page. You know perfectly well you have to address the reasons that lead to the block. You also have to address your violations of WP:SOCK. The standard offer is very clear on this. Abusive unblock requests like this show you are wasting our time and should not be unblocked. Yamla (talk) 11:18, 28 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

{{unblock|reason=I acknowledged that I was socking with another account. I'm guilty of this. All I want is to edit pages correctly. Please give me another chance.}}

You were warned, yet you continue to waste our time. I am revoking talk page access. You are free to request an unblock under WP:SO six months from now via WP:UTRS. Be warned, if you waste their time, too, you'll lose your last avenue of appeal. --Yamla (talk) 21:25, 22 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
