Geniac, the matter doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Seraphimblade has not responded to my requests for him to express an opinion on the various points being discussed, while Liaishard continues engaging in the same mendacity and incivility she's been doing up until now. Hi. A few things. First, please admonish Liaishard not to deface my Talk Page with nonsense.

Second, while I wouldn't ask you at this point to chime in on the prior matters in the "Further Evaluations" section of the Corey Clark Talk Page, since Liaishard seems to have dropped most of those matters, at least in terms of her continued edits (she has not challenged your placement of tags requesting direct quotes), I would ask you to express yourself on the newest matters on the bottom of that Talk Page, as she continues to modify my newest edits by placing unsourced material in the article. I reverted it, and explained each of these things on the Talk Page, which she will no doubt ignore. Can you do something about this?

Third, while posting on the Talk Page, I was given a notice that it was something like 55K. Would an archiving be in order? Can you do that?

Lastly, my own Talk Page is getting a bit big. Can you direct me to a page that shows you how to archive them? Thanks. Nightscream 08:47, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

Oh, and one other thing: What is the prescribed procedure once a fact citation request tag is placed in an article? Is there some length of time after which the disputed passage should be removed? Hi, Geniac. Do you know how to do that a-b-c thing with a source that's cited several times in an article? The superiorpics.com source is cited four times in the Clark article, and those four separate instances in the References section may look unappealing. Also, Liaishard deleted the two remaining Request for Exact Quote tags you placed in article, without providing the quote in question (despite providing more quoted material from Chapter 4 in another part of the article). I don't know why she refuses to comply with this request, but I thought I'd let you know. Nightscream (talk • contribs) 00:31, 11 April 2007 (UTC).

Liaishard continues to revert the passage about the conflict of interest being a fact rather than simply the position of Clark and his fellow contestants, and is now using her Edit Summaries to continue to insult me. I'm really getting tired of this Geniac, and would appreciate some decisive action on this, especially in light of your most recent warning to her. Nightscream 20:45, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

Liaishard have violated the 3RR rule, even after I cautioned her not to, and referred her to that policy's page. I told her that I myself once inadverdantly violated that rule when I was new to WP, and didn't know about it, and that she could be excused for her initial violation of this rule, but she has ignored me, saying that I have violated the rule too by reverting her edits (I informed her that reverting NPOV or unsourced material is an exception to that rule, as explained on that policy page), but she continues to revert the article, and has now done so at least five times in a 24-hour period. Someone (quite obviously Liaishard) has made an edit to the Corey Clark article. The edit consists of two changes. First, the following original passage:

was changed into:

The second is a url to what appears to be a personal entertainment gossip blog that the editor describes in the source tag as a "Story on Abc being threatened by Fox saying that they would file a lawsuit for airing Clarks story."

On the matter of the first issue, the change is not only unnecessary, it is grammatically poor. (In Clark's opinion he writes in his book?) It also does not address the NPOV issue since it is not a direct quote, and thus using the word "knew" presents the same problem of the article presenting Clark's position as its own conclusion, or a fact. On the matter of the second issue, I could find no mention of any lawsuit on that blog, and I have a question: Are personal blogs (or even entertainment gossip blogs) considered valid sources? Rather than revert this myself, and potentially reignite another edit war, I thought I'd just let you know about it, and see what you thought. Thanks. Nightscream 07:06, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

Apology?

Hi. What you put on my talk page was completely uncalled for and, as I believe it, rude. I'd like an apology. I'm new on Wikipedia and I thought that people were screwing around with my userpage when they were editing it and taking stuff out, that's why I re-added. You were just downright nasty when you fixed it. A simple, "Hi, this is what you did wrong" is completely out of the question. Please refer yourself to WP:Civil for more info, thanks. Taxi (band)

[1]: could you please be more specific about what in the article you feel needs citation from third party sources? Any third-party listing of band members would presumably be just a reiteration of the band's own statements as to who its members are. The lyrics that are quoted in Romanian are verbatim, I don't see what a third-party could bring to that. The translations are my own, checked by Dan Teodorescu who wrote the original Romanian-language lyrics and who has reasonably good foreigner's English; there is no independent source for my translation of those lyrics (quite likely this was the first non-trivial piece in English about the band), but this is always the case when we deal with translation of work that has not been published in English. Just because I'm right and you're wrong doesn't mean you have to get all catty with me. I'd prefer an apology, not an excuse. The user submillimeter (or whatever he was) explained that User pages can't go in this place, but he never referred me to another page. I went looking for said categories, and found that there WERE userpages amongst the regular categories and figured he was wrong. Excuse me for being new to Wikipedia. Meanie.

Those edits on my talk page

Please don't restore illegitemate messages on my talk page. I have a reason for not wanting it to be there. First of all, the woman who did it did so with no authority, she is not from admin, and it has turned out that I wqas right to do what I did. I raised a hoax. See for yourself on Barakovo. Secondly, when I blew the whistle, I sent warnings back to the individual concerned. I reported her behaviour to an admin for restoring a hoax page and I am hoping she will be banned from here. She isn't, but she has taken off the warnings I gave her, and I won't stand for it. I will display mine only if she does, (User:Inter16. Hey, if you click on the user page of this IP, Mackensen explains why the IP originally was blocked indefinately in September 2006 due to a checkuser request finding it being used by a banned user. The IP was unblocked at the beginning of March to see if the sock abuse had stopped, since then, the account has been blocked 3 more times, so I discussed with Mackensen and he replied saying it should be indefinately blocked again. If you check the block log you should have an insight into it. I don't actually know what the check user results yielded, but Mackensen does and he suggests an indef. Hope that helps? Here's Mackensen's response to why the IP was blocked;
Neither, as with most checkuser requests. Activity similar to that of NicAgent (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) was brought to my attention; I identified the underlying IP and told NicAgent I'd block the school indefinitely if he didn't desist [3] [4]. He didn't, and I blocked. Incidentally, I originally caught NicAgent investigating a vandalism-only sockpuppet (again, outside the RFCU mechanism). You can see User talk:NicAgent#Blockage and User talk:NicAgent#A few lapses for the relevant discussion, such as it was. Hi, the image is transparent, the reason it doesn't look transparent is becouse of your web browser (for some reson some web browser have trouble displaying svg images), try using firefox. Blocking

I beleive you recently bocked the IP address 168.174.253.221. That is the IP address of an elementary school computer and I beleive you made a mistake because I don't believe any of my students would or know how to edit Wikipedia, and when they go to do research, it will not let them view certain pages because when one school computer is blocked, they all are. thanks for the help with the crocodile pic. I forgot what i had named my extension and was trying to guess. than I went to the files of images uploaded and found what you said to write in... so thank you...

Hey, I've got another question. I uploaded some pictures in my Art Gallery at Crocodile Lake National Wildlife Refuge. The problem is, sometimes I am unable to see the pictures. Whenever I use a PC it doesn't work... and whenever I use a Mac it does.
