Hi Grace !! -> for the IDEO article review I think the things that you have to add are really beneficial to the article and are good for creating a better overview of the firm. Will the major bullets be subsections on their own and in the format that was listed above ? If not I think it would be good to have some things as subsections of a overarching concept (if IDEO U and OpenIDEO can fit into the Organizational culture or the Change in the company that could flow well ? Books and Resources might go towards the bottom of the article instead of before the design process. Asides from that I think the overall structure is good ! Mrinalini's Peer Review[edit]

Hi! After reading through your IDEO article I noticed a few things that I liked and some areas you may want to develop further. I really liked your introduction, I thought it was a balanced amount of information and it was very clearly written. I liked in your history section you included information on how IDEO was founded.

For the history section I thin if you added more information on the development of the company over the past few years and how it has changed over time that might be interesting to include. I thought the deep dive section was interesting, I think more subsections like that would be interesting to include as well so it doesn't seem out of place. Maybe a section on where IDEO has been featured or something - so you can include more examples.

I liked the idea of including an organizational culture section. But I think if you include more information on the different aspects for each [project teams, flat hierarchy, individual autonomy, creativity, socialization of recruits and engineer buy-in] that would be useful. I think some course content would also be more informative to include as well.

I didn't quite understand the Notes section, is that for your organization of the article - maybe try to make it clear as to how it relates to the article. I also really liked the Gallery of Products section- but I think more examples would be nice to see.

Overall I liked your ideas and organization - I think if more content were included it would help in terms of balancing information and informativeness. Mrinalis (talk) 14:49, 27 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
