Firstly, to meet WP:ORGCRIT, we need at least one more solid source, in addition to the Spiegel and SZ ones (the others I'm discounting as press release regurgitations).

Secondly, the SZ piece seems to have concerns about the proposed solution, but these are not reflected in the draft. For WP:NPOV, an article should not only present one side of the story.

Thirdly, rather than piling all the refs at the end, please cite the sources inline directly following the statements they support, so that readers can verify the information without having to go through all the sources. --
