Thanks[edit]

Thanks for removing the vandalism on my page when I was gone! I never check my page so it probably would have gone unnoticed for a while. Thanks again! ShadowUltra 20:10, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No problemo! :] number29(Talk) 15:46, 27 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, can't CSD this page, as it makes plenty of assertions of notability. If you still think is should go, you might consider AfD, but I don't you'll be successful. AKRadecki 18:45, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't really care that much. No prob. number29(Talk) 18:47, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Myspace seems so urban. wikipedia is more newspaper article material and seems more proper. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Neon.heart (talkcontribs)

AIV[edit]

Thank you for making a report at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Wikipedia and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, administrators generally only block users if they have received a recent final warning (one that mentions that the user may be blocked) and they have recently vandalized after that warning was given. The reported user has not yet been blocked because it appears this has not occurred yet. If this user continues to vandalize after their final warning, please report them to the AIV noticeboard again. Thank you. Jmlk17 08:18, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

First Ballyeaston[edit]

Please do not delete this page as it give information about our church and the local area. If there are any canges that i need to make please let me know. Firstballyeaston 11:39, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! Concerning your article you should check out Wikipedia:Notability - and by the way, I am not an administrator, so I can not delete articles, I can only suggest deletion. No hard feelings, number29(Talk) 12:23, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion[edit]

Please do not place tags for speedy deletion on editors' user-pages. They are allowed to be biographical, and can never qualify for {{speedy}}.--Anthony.bradbury 20:29, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Must have been a mistake, my bad. number29(Talk) 20:33, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
User:Djazninvazn. To be fair, it was and is a page that would qualify for immediate extinction if it appeared anywhere other than in userspace. Don't feel bad about it - I did the same thing on three seperate occsions when I first joined the project!--Anthony.bradbury 20:46, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Heh, he did that himself, check the history! For a second I thought I might have alzheimers or something. :) number29(Talk) 20:53, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Points Mean Prizes[edit]

Why has this page been deleted again? I gave all evidence needed, there was nothing wrong with it. Websites, what we're doing and so on. There was no call to delete this. Warningimpendingdoom 14:57, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

(I have moved your comment from the top of the page.) Hello there, please read this: Wikipedia:Notability (music), thank you. If I recall correctly, the two websites you cited were your myspace and another one you have created yourself, that doesn't really count as an indepentent source. Regards, number29(Talk) 16:49, 12 June 2007 (UTC)y[reply]

Speed[edit]

Hi! I've noticed you removing sophomoronic style in music articles. How do you find them so quickly? Each one seems to just take a few sopho seconds! pablomismo|\talk 07:07, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! I use the full text search, this thing right here :) number29(Talk) 07:09, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

OK thanks, I thought that maybe there was some kind of Boolean megasearch function that I had overlooked. pablomismo|\talk 07:41, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject:G-Unit[edit]

Hi, There is a proposed WikiProject for G-Unit.

Please add your name to the list if you are interested.

See--WikiProject:G-Unit

Thanks --The-G-Unit-Boss 20:16, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, boss man! I like hip hop in general, but I'm just not interested enough in the G-Unit to sign up for that. Good luck anyway! Ah, and if the project won't work out, maybe a task force will do? Cheers, number29(Talk) 20:29, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sophomore --> Second[edit]

I notice that you're going around making this change. I managed to do about 300 (I think) before getting distracted, and it's nice to see someone else working on the change. Keep up the great work! violet/riga (t) 20:55, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! I've done around 1200 now, I think. And Paul Tracy has joined the party too. Shouldn't be too many left now. :) number29(Talk) 20:58, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the party - sorry for gatecrashing. I did a few but all credit to you for starting on this. It was the particularly odious phrase "sophomore effort" that got me going, and there are a lot of pages still that use "effort" (which seems to me to be condescending, as though the writer could have done better) where another noun would be better. Maybe I'll have a look at them next. And "helm" used instead of "direct" in film articles! That one sets my teeth on edge … pablomismo|\talk 21:34, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for joining, the more the merrier! I think the editors using "sophomore effort" just try to come off as a little more professional... but who knows. Arrr, helm ahead, to new exploits! #29 (talk) 22:02, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wikiproject Nickel Creek[edit]

Please feel free to join us.

If you don't want to join, that's okay, just ignore this, if that is the case. Thamusemeantfan 05:49, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of Zumjay[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Zumjay, by Kww (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Zumjay seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Zumjay, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it did not nominate Zumjay itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 20:57, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:David Rodigan.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:David Rodigan.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 10:05, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
