Grant Birthplace
Just wanted to let you know that I've declined the speedy on File:GrantBirthplace.jpg and removed the deleteable image bit from the captions — ten days ago, some random IP removed the {{cc-by-2.5}} and much of the description that were posted at the time of upload. - You're welcome. Not trying to get on you or anything, but I've undone another of your edits: File:Jacqueline Pang in 2003.jpg, which had no license because the uploader typed {{GFDL=self}}, and no source because an IP vandalised that. I watch all my Commons uploads and I've never had any trouble with vandalism, so yes I am surprised that there's vandalism. Nyttend (talk) 11:55, 9 April 2009 (UTC)

Should I tag articles I translate?
Thanks for the tag you put on my article Aspirated h, which I translated from the French. In the future, should I add such tags to the discussion page as a matter of course? I see you SVG'd an image for me on English National Ice Hockey League; I didn't even know we were supposed to do that and I thank you for it!
Since you seem to be a calm and giving WikiGnome, is there any chance you could look at another page I've been working on; Blackburn Hawks? It's difficult to see where you're going wrong when you've been working on one article for a while. I'd appeciate any help you could offer.

alright, how do i edit my image of which you have noticed an instance of lack of copyright. i will also use your kindly suggested talkback thing when i have gained a higher knowledge of how to properly and politely enact said talkback.
in anycase, i will post this on my own talk page as well, and you can delete this or do as you need to do with it otherwise here on yours. any useable and well written, wiki-jargon free tips on editing said uploaded image copyright tags will be of utter appreciation, and said copyrights shall hereby be given said copyright notices, in said appropriate manner.

Thank you for catching my error on that website screenshot. It had not even occurred to me that the flickr image would also cause problems, just something that my brain overlooked. Christmas Special 2009 deletion
I have recently noticed that a page named 2009 Christmas specials (Doctor Who) was added. I am dissapointed as i created an article that would be edited in the future. - Ah, in order to upload images, your account must be "autoconfirmed", meaning that your account is at least four days old and that you've made at least ten edits. However, if the image isn't copyrighted, you should be able to upload it now at Wikimedia Commons. You can log in there with the same username and password that you use here on Wikipedia. Once you upload the image there, you can use it in an article just as if it were uploaded here on Wikipedia. Radiant chains (talk) 08:52, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
