Warning

Why on earth did you warn me for archiving a thread? How is it a BLP violation? NickGibson3900 Talk 02:54, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

There is no link to such an archive in the talk page at all. The talk page is blank, with no discussions or link to archived discussions. If you wish to archive a talk page, please leave an archive box on the talk page so that the archives can be accessed from the talk page. I had no idea that you had archived anything because you had left know way of me knowing that you had. All I saw was a blanked talk page.SecretName101 (talk) 03:01, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

I apologize, I was mistaken on what you were referring to, in that case I apologise on accidentally warning you. I don't recall doing that, and must have accidentally misclicked while utilizing igloo. Ignore my previous comment.SecretName101 (talk) 03:06, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

It was my mistake, and I'd like to own up to accidentally warning you for an action that was not improper. My apologies.SecretName101 (talk) 03:07, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

I understand because the diffs you see don't show the whole page and you only would of seen that section which I blanked because it wasn't archived due to not having a timestamp. BTW, users are aloud to blank there own talk page and the specific warning you used is only for conduct in articles. Thanks for the explanation and apologies . NickGibson3900 Talk 03:11, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for the understanding, and for your reply. I appreciate that you took the time to respond to me. I'm glad there are no harsh feelings here. SecretName101 (talk) 03:17, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

By the way, I took a look at your user page, and I plan on emulating some elements of i it when reformatting my own. What you've done with your user page is quite interesting. I hope you don't mind! I hope you find mimicry to be the highest form of flattery in this case! !!! ;) SecretName101 (talk) 03:35, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

Speedy deletion contested: Talk:Michael Nelson (novelist)

Hello SecretName101, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of Talk:Michael Nelson (novelist), a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: A3 does not apply to talk pages. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. Passengerpigeon (talk) 03:32, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

Doubt

I think all other page do have native name like Vijayawada city. So, I think it is proper to use it at Vijayawada (urban) mandal. Any help is appreciated.--Vin09 (talk) 15:25, 15 September 2014 (UTC)

Categories

About categories , moving the pages to sub categories is right as I saw in many page written like that. So, there exists only one category for the page.--Vin09 (talk) 15:35, 15 September 2014 (UTC)

There's more than one category that said article would fit in. For instance, it is clearly a stub article, so it could be added to a category featuring other stubs about similar subjects. There are many a category such as [Category: 1920s romantic drama film stubs] and Category: 1870s novel stubs‎] (neither of which your article would belong in, but these are examples of categories featuring stubs). Gangster! redirect

If you think the redirect ought to be deleted, then WP:Redirects for discussion is the place to go to. CSD A1 is only really intended for articles (the criteria that apply to redirects are in the G and R sections of WP:CSD, and none appears to apply here).
