The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Pac-Man, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Non-admin notice here, I'm not confident this request will be accepted either. You still seem to not really understand what your block was for, or how this process really works. Now, an admin will review your request and determine how things go, but my suggestion would be, if it is declined, don't put another unblock request until you have read the guide to appealing blocks page, and understand it. Then, too, I would also think it'd be a good idea to wait at least a few weeks.
