Vanesa Velásquez Valencia (born July 28, 1999) is a Colombian model, engineer and beauty pageant titleholder who placed Top 10 at Miss Colombia 2022. She will now represent her country at Miss Charm 2024.[1]
Early life[edit]
Vanesa Velásquez was born in Cartago, however she grew up in the city of Pereira, where she studied commercial engineering at the Free University of Colombia.[2]

Miss Colombia 2022[edit]
Velásquez represented the department Risaralda on November 13, 2022, the final of Miss Colombia (National Beauty Contest) which was held in Cartagena where she placed as Top 10 finalist, with Sofía Osío of Atlántico being the winner of the contest.[3][4]
Miss Charm 2024[edit]
After the 2023 edition of the Miss Colombia was canceled, which would be held as usual in November of the same year in the city of Cartagena,[5] On January 15, 2024, the contest's board of directors made the decision to designate Vanesa Velásquez as the representative of Colombia in the Vietnamese Miss Charm contest for the 2024 edition.[6]
