Asif Raza Mir (Urdu: آصف رضا میر) is a Pakistani actor and producer. He is known for his roles in TV plays Samundar, Tanhaiyaan, and Ishq Gumshuda and the films Daaman (1980), Badaltay Mausam (1980), and Maan Jao Na (2018).

Career[edit]

Starting his acting career at 17, he has since worked in several films, including Miss Hongkong, Daaman, Wafaa, Playboy, Badalte Mausam, and Saathi, alongside various cinema stars. He has also been part of several famous TV series such as Darwaza, Samundar, Tanhaiyaan, Tansen, Choti Choti Baatein, Roshni and Ishq Gumshuda.[1]

Asif Raza Mir's international debut was in the British series Gangs Of London. He is a series regular on this project.[2][3][4]

He also founded A&B Entertainment, a television production house in Pakistan.

Family[edit]

Asif Raza Mir is the son of film director Raza Mir (d. 2002), who was also the cinematographer for the first ever Pakistani film, Teri Yaad (1948).[5] He is married to Samra Asif and has two sons, Ahad Raza Mir and Adnan Raza Mir.
