Category:Women state legislators in Nebraska

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

From 1867 to 1934, the Nebraska Legislature was bicameral with a House of Representatives and a State Senate. In 1934, a constitutional amendment was passed, making the Nebraska Legislature unicameral. Since 1934, members of the Nebraska Legislature have been called "Nebraska State Senators." Thus, women who served in the Nebraska Legislature before 1934 should be included in this subcategory concerning women state legislators in Nebraska.
