Defunct company?[edit]

It seems based on the main site being down and some discussions I found on a couple of web forums that the company may be defunct or out of business. If that's the case, we should adjust the lead, but I fear doing so without at least one source might be original research. I see just enough review coverage that the company is probably notable, but sadly it doesn't seem they're notable enough for anybody to report on their current status.
