Van production is carried out in Banbury, Oxfordshire?[edit]

The article states in the lede: "Van production is carried out in Banbury, Oxfordshire." Implies the vehicle are being produced currently. If so, why no image of the vehicles? N2e (talk) 22:13, 1 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Article Needs Update[edit]

This article needs updating quite substantially to reflect the significant changes to the company structure and it's production plans as of the latter part of 2022. They are practically pulling out of the UK. 2.29.83.39 (talk) 14:05, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I see they are now a Luxembourg-based company. At the least the company's legal name and headquarters need to be updated. @Strugglehouse, regarding your recent edit – is "Arrival UK Ltd" the legal name of the UK-subsidiary of Arrival or Arrival itself? As a Luxembourgish company, the full legal name appears to be "Arrival SA" per market data and relatively recent news articles (e.g. [1],[2],[3],[4]) Ptrnext (talk) 04:56, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Ptrnext I think you're probably correct. I just added what appeared at the bottom of their website and on their terms and conditions page. If we look at the "Persons with significant control" section on the Companies House page for Arrival UK Ltd, we can see that it is operated by a Luxembourg-based company called Arrival. Thanks, so both the Companies House page and the US SEC page[5] list "Arrival" as the full charter name. The Companies House page has "S.A." as legal form, but it is not part of the legal name (am I reading that right?). I'm still not clear whether "Arrival" or "Arrival S.A." is the full legal name! @Ptrnext I think it's just Arrival. It would say "Arrival S.A." if that's what the full name was. Strugglehouse (talk) 15:26, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Strugglehouse: Got it, that agrees with the SEC documents as well, so I will go ahead and update it. Ptrnext (talk) 05:53, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
