The first paragraph of "Investigation and conviction" has a sentence that isn't cited. Otherwise, all looks good here.
The article by the Lexington Herald mentions that Conn served in the army for a couple of years. It also mentions that he was married three times. You should consider adding this information to the article.

I believe it goes into a bit of unnecessary detail when describing Alfred Bailey Adkins custody at FCI Ashland and his release date. After all, the article is about Conn and not Adkins.
